Ganko Ramen in Takadanobaba consists of some black tarps and a large bone hanging from a metal chain at the entrance. You basically have to know exactly where you are going- there's no sign, no windows, nothing indicating that this is the location of any kind of business. The tiny shop interior has a small counter with seating space for roughly five or six customers. I have never been a huge fan of shio (salt) ramen but this is outstanding, simple yet exquisite.
