I usually just throw in any assortment of vegetables... whatever is fresh and on hand! For the broth, aside from the common soup you might be using some nice additions are a splash of men-tsuyu and a drizzle of sesame oil. Salt, pepper, and kimchee are nice additions as well. And whenever I cook ramen I always throw in an egg at the last minute so that it just barely cooks but the yolk is still soft in the middle.

Missing Japan and YOU!
Any suggestions on what ingrediants to use to make a great Ramen bowl?
